Organisation
The European Training Foundationis managed by the Director, who has a five-year mandate. Our current director is Madlen Serban, appointed in 2009.
The Director reports to a Governing Board made up of representatives from the EU member states and chaired by the Director General of the European Commission's Directorate General Education and Culture, the ETF's DG "de tutelle".
The ETF is structured in a number of units and departments, as specified in the organigramme and detailed in the list of staff and in the list of country contact persons.
